Human Resources/Marketing Shawn Andre Murray brings to Mesa Fresh his 18 years of experience in education, management, hospitality management, culinary, and pastry arts. His primary responsibilities are directing and assisting with human resources, marketing, product research and design. Shawn is also a professor and program coordinator at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, where he runs the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management programs. He is a member of the Occupational Advisory Committee for Central Montco Technical High School, Maustbaum High School Advisory Board, Phi Alpha Theta, Eta Sigma Delta honors societies, and Triumph Baptist Church in Philadelphia. Operations Consultant Tom serves as the operations consultant with Mesa Fresh and brings with him a vast array of experience gathered over 22 years. From culinary arts, product research and development, and his management experience. His talents have helped to create new menu items and bring success to the operations side as well. He continues to oversee daily operations of the brand, focusing on keeping consistent daily results. Tom is a friendly, results driven leader who works diligently with the management team on operational advancement and financial success.
